Why Nomad?
Managing a job search in the modern tech landscape is a fragmented mess. You browse postings on multiple platforms, communicate with dozens of recruiters across separate email chains, submit customized versions of your CV, and try to keep track of interview stages, take-home tasks, and calendar events.
Most developers end up with a brittle spreadsheet that requires constant manual updates. Nomad was built to solve this. It consolidates every part of your search, including boards, emails, CVs, and calendars, into a single, highly cohesive local tool that syncs automatically.

- Automation Over Input:You shouldn’t have to manually log stage changes. Nomad reads your inbox and automatically updates your application statuses.
- Local-First & Private: Your job application data, IMAP passwords, and CV documents are yours. Nomad isolates your data securely and runs sync flows locally.
- Structured Intelligence: Every job description and email is parsed locally to structure data like salaries, deadlines, and key requirements.
Our Path
Nomad started as a personal project to reclaim sanity during a job hunt. It is currently in a private beta phase with a live production deployment, sharing a database and storage bucket for early testing. As we gather feedback, Nomad is actively evolving to support full multi-user SaaS features in the cloud.
